Black Diamond Group Hosts Another Successful Investor Tour Day

Black Diamond Group recently hosted an exclusive investor tour on September 14 and 15, 2023, offering analysts, investors, and stakeholders a unique opportunity to hear from our management team and tour the Company's MSS operations in Ontario. This year’s tour was highly successful and saw the largest turnout of attendees in recent years, further signifying the interest and attention Black Diamond Group is garnering from the investment community. There were almost 30external attendees present, in addition to a complement of Black Diamond Group and BOXX Modular team members as hosts for the day.

On Wednesday, the tour began with breakfast and a comprehensive investor presentation facilitated by Jason Zhang, with presentations from Trevor Haynes, Chairman & CEO, Toby LaBrie, EVP & CFO, Ted Redmond, EVP & COO, MSS, Mike Ridley, EVP & COO, WFS and Kevin Lo, COO, LodgeLink. The presentation highlighted the Company’s financial health, strategic direction, key achievements and growth opportunities. Following the presentation, attendees spent the day moving from touring our BOXX Modular Stoney Creek Branch and Yard, as well as CL Martin’s Elmira Shop.

The day ended with a private dinner and discussion, where attendees engaged in insightful conversations with our team members about the day as well as the longer term vision and growth prospects of Black Diamond.
