CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Aug. 18, 2010) - Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond") (TSX:BDI) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of August of $0.09 per share to holders of common shares. The dividend will be paid on September 15, 2010 to shareholders of record on August 31, 2010. The ex-dividend date is August 27, 2010. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
