Britco, a household modular name in British Columbia, joined forces with Black Diamond Group in 2017. One of the remaining steps in the company’s acquisition was to merge Britco’s website under the same umbrella as Black Diamond’s other business websites.
The migration was successfully completed in June. While the appearance and functionality of the Britco website remain relatively the same from a user perspective, some notable customer experience features on the Britco website include:
Contact form that directly connects to the company’s sales representatives so that customers receive a prompt response and efficient service
Case Studies to demonstrate Britco’s innovative capabilities, including the 2018 winner of the Modular Building Institute’s Awards of Distinction for a portable custom-built classroom in Whistler
An Add-On Products page to enable customers to explore the extensive line of products and services Britco can provide in addition to modular units. This section was a new addition within the migration process.
The Britco website will continue to undergo enhancements to provide customers with robust information to assist in their project planning, including updated photography and additional profiles from projects across British Columbia.
