BOXX Modular’s Barbara Bieganski Receives Inaugural Career Services Award from Modular Building Institute

We’re proud to share that Barbara Bieganski, Engineering and Design Consultant and former General Manager of Engineering and Design at BOXX Modular, has been honoured with the Modular Building Institute’s (MBI) inaugural Career Services Award. This prestigious recognition celebrates industry professionals with more than 25 years of experience who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, unwavering commitment, and a lasting impact on the modular construction industry.
With over 30 years of expertise in the modular construction industry, Barb has played a transformational role in advancing modular innovation. Since joining BOXX Modular through the Vanguard acquisition five years ago, she has been a cornerstone of our engineering and technical vision. One of her many achievements is the development of the Engineering & Technical Playbook – which continues to guide and elevate technical standards across our operations.
Barb’s dedication has earned her multiple accolades over the years, including the Operational Excellence GEM Award in 2021, and the MBI’s Volunteer of the Year award in 2011.
