CALGARY, AB--(Marketwired - June 02, 2016) - BOXX Modular, a business unit of Black Diamond Group Limited (TSX: BDI) has opened its newest branches in Vancouver, British Columbia and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan with a combination of repositioned existing assets for Saskatoon, and newly manufactured assets to suit the Vancouver market place.

This market will be served by our high quality existing assets being repositioned from our northern Alberta fleet.
The capex for new build units for Vancouver fits within the previously announced capital plan of $10M for 2016. Subsequent fleet orders will coincide with absorption of assets and strong utilization.
