On Thursday, March 10, 2022, employees from across Canada, the U.S. and Australia gathered virtually to celebrate our exceptional team members during our annual Employee Recognition Awards.
Our Employee Recognition Awards, which we call our “GEM (Going the Extra Mile) Awards,” relies on the nominations from our employees. We celebrate nine different awards and this year, our employees stepped up in a true show of support and enthusiasm and submitted a record number of nominations!
Award categories include HSE Excellence, Team Spirit, Community Giving, Internal Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, External Customer Service Excellence, and a special Friend of Black Diamond Group category.
