Black Diamond Group Limited Announces October Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Oct. 18, 2013) - Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or "the Company") (TSX:BDI) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of October of $0.07 per share to holders of common shares. The dividend will be paid on November 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on October 31, 2013. The ex-dividend date is October 29, 2013. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
