Black Diamond Group Limited Announces July Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - July 18, 2013) - Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or "the Company") (TSX:BDI) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of July of $0.07 per share to holders of common shares. The dividend will be paid on August 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on July 31, 2013. The ex-dividend date is July 29, 2013. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
