Black Diamond Group Limited Announces March Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - March 18, 2013) - Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or "the Company") (TSX:BDI) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of March of $0.07 per share to holders of common shares. This represents a 17 percent increase from the prior month. The dividend will be paid on April 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on March 28, 2013. The ex-dividend date is March 26, 2013. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
