CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Jan. 18, 2011) - Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond") (TSX:BDI) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has raised the declared dividend for the month of January to $0.095 from $0.09 per share to holders of common shares. The dividend will be paid on February 15, 2011 to shareholders of record on January 31, 2011. The ex-dividend date is January 27, 2011. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
