Black Diamond Group Limited Announces Approval of All Resolutions at 2017 Annual Meeting

CALGARY, AB--(Marketwired - May 11, 2017) - Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or "we") (TSX: BDI) announced the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 10, 2017. A total of 21,948,726 common shares, representing approximately 47.14% of Black Diamond's issued and outstanding shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
The following nominees were elected as directors of Black Diamond for the ensuing year, with the specific voting results being as follows:
Robert J. Herdman
Barbara J. Kelley
Marshall L. McRae
In addition, all other resolutions presented at the meeting were approved by Black Diamond's shareholders, including fixing the number of directors at eight and the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as auditors.
