Chief Executive Officer
Trevor Haynes
Trevor Haynes co-founded Black Diamond Group in 2003 and has been the President and CEO since inception. Trevor is responsible for the overall success of Black Diamond Group, including the Company’s business strategy and vision, and fostering a high integrity, high performance leadership culture. He has over 30 years of experience in the workforce accommodation, energy services and modular building industries, in various business development and leadership roles, both in North America and internationally.
Before co-founding Black Diamond Group, Trevor was involved in launching and building a number of successful energy services and construction companies. Prior to this, he held progressively senior roles at a multinational modular building company.
Over the course of his career, Trevor has devoted his time and talents to strong organizations and the community, and believes sport is a force for good, which provides an immeasurably positive impact to youth. He is a Governor of the Canada Sports Hall of Fame and Order of Sport for Canada, a member of the Business Council of Alberta, a past Chair of the Petroleum Services Association of Canada (PSAC), and Past Chair and a Founding Funder of the Fig Tree Foundation. He also currently serves as Director of PTW Group Inc. and is the Chairman and Director of Claryn Equities Inc.
Trevor is a Henchman in The Clan of Gallant Canadians, which is a Regimental award within The Calgary Highlanders of the Canadian Armed Forces, honouring and recognizing both serving soldiers and civilian members of the Regimental Family. He also holds an Honourary Colonel's Challenge Coin from The Calgary Highlanders of the Canadian Armed Forces, a recognition designed to pay tribute to those who have provided the Regiment with service and honour.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto.

Chief Financial Officer
Toby LaBrie
Toby LaBrie joined Black Diamond Group as the Corporate Controller in 2009 and served as VP of Finance and Controller between 2010 and 2015.
In his role as EVP & CFO, Toby has senior leadership accountability for the full finance, accounting and public disclosure functions of the Company as well as Human Resources functions including payroll and talent management and the Information Technology portfolio including systems, data and security. He is responsible for maintaining access to capital markets, evaluating our capital structure, and being a catalyst for cost control. His focus also includes reducing investment in non-productive working capital, efficiently minimizing tax and interest expenses, as well as attracting, retaining and developing the Company’s top-tier talent.
Prior to joining Black Diamond Group, Toby was Team Lead of Management Reporting and Budgeting at First Calgary Petroleums, a Calgary-based international oil and gas exploration company. Before that, he held positions in both the audit and financial advisory group at Deloitte.
Toby is a CA, CPA and has been a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta since 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.

Jonathan Stringer
Jonathan Stringer joined Black Diamond Group in 2015 and has held progressively senior leadership, operations, and Indigenous relations roles.
He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Modular Space Solutions (Canada), with responsibility for the Company’s Canadian modular space operations.
Jonathan brings more than 20 years of industry experience and a proven ability to build and foster meaningful, lasting partnerships with communities, customers, and stakeholders across Canada.
He also serves on the board of the Independent Contractors and Businesses Association (ICBA) in Alberta and as a member of the University of Alberta Senate.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Alberta.

Heinz-Josef (Jody) Werner
Jody Werner joined Black Diamond Group through the Company’s acquisition of Vanguard Modular in 2020, where he served as a senior leader for many years.
He is currently the Senior Vice President, Modular Space Solutions (United States), with responsibility for leading the Company’s U.S. modular space operations.
With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial modular building industry, Jody brings a proven track record in senior leadership, sales team development, revenue generation, business development, and operations.
Since joining Black Diamond, he has grown the Company’s U.S. modular space business through steady leadership, strong customer and supplier relationships, and a focus on building high-performing teams.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Salisbury University.

Jon Warren
Jon Warren joined Black Diamond Group through the Company’s acquisition of Royal Camp Services and Summit Camps.
As President, Black Diamond Royal (Canada), he oversees WFS operations, Black Diamond Lodging & Accommodations, Royal Camp Services, and Summit Camps.
Jon brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in the workforce accommodations industry. He previously served as president of Royal Camp Services for nearly 10 years, including four years as CEO, where he played a key role in strengthening operations, supporting customers, and driving long-term growth.
Throughout his career, Jon has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, deliver operational excellence, and build trusted relationships with customers and partners across Canada.

Lindsay Pyke
Lindsay Pyke joined Black Diamond Group in 2013 and has held progressively senior leadership positions across both the corporate and commercial areas of the business.
She serves as Senior Vice President, Finance & Treasurer, with oversight of Treasury, Tax, Risk, and Information Technology, including ERP and AI transformation.
With more than a decade of finance leadership experience at Black Diamond, Lindsay brings deep expertise in operations accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management.
She holds a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge and is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant.

Workforce Services Operations
Yvan Moquin
Yvan Moquin joined Black Diamond Group in 2018 and currently serves the Senior Vice President, Workforce Solutions Operations. He is responsible for leading and managing all Lodging and Accommodations business in North America.
Prior to joining Black Diamond Yvan was a Senior Associate at Torys LLP in its corporate and capital markets group servicing a broad range of industries in the structuring and implementation of public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate sales, recapitalizations, and reorganization transactions.
Yvan holds a Bachelor of Laws, cum laude, from the University of Ottawa and a Bilingual Bachelor of Commerce, first class standing, with a major in Finance from the University of Alberta. He was admitted as a member of the Alberta Bar Association in 2011.
