Innovation + cost effectiveness

BOXX Modular delivered a custom built modular facility comprising three modular units. Each custom built module was a different shape and size with different frames and roof lines. The complex was constructed using thermal windows for higher energy efficiency; T-bar ceilings and fire-rated ceiling cavity for improved air quality; and the strength and durability of a triple beam perimeter and steel exterior.

By using easily re-locatable modular units, a synchronized construction process and BOXX Modular’s expertise in delivering similar engineering complexes, both time and costs were saved on behalf of the client.

The project took just 30 days to complete.
