CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Sept. 17, 2010) - Black Diamond Group Limited (TSX:BDI) ("Black Diamond") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of September of $0.09 per share to holders of common shares. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2010 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2010. The ex-dividend date is September 28, 2010. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
