CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - May 18, 2010) - Black Diamond Group Limited (TSX:BDI) ("Black Diamond") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the month of May of $0.09 per share to holders of common shares. The dividend will be paid on June 15, 2010 to shareholders of record on May 31, 2010. The ex-dividend date is May 27, 2010. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
