Black Diamond Group Awarded $6.2 Million Contract with One of Australia’s Largest Iron Ore Producers

Calgary, Alberta, April 18, 2016 — (TSX: BDI) Black Diamond Group has been awarded a five year, $6.2 million rental contract with one of Australia’s largest iron ore producers which includes upgrades to existing workforce accommodation in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

“Black Diamond Group is pleased to continue our existing relationship with one of Australia’s largest iron ore producers to develop an optimal plan for improving workforce accommodation and facilities onsite,” said Trevor Haynes, Chief Executive Officer. “Black Diamond continues to be committed to establishing a stronger presence in the Australian market and providing full turnkey workforce housing solutions to resource and other sectors.”

Upgrades will enhance workforce accommodation for 400 people at the existing workforce village and will be completed on resident rooms, including new floor coverings, furniture and other fittings.
