Black Diamond Cygnus Awarded 2017 Aboriginal-Industry Business Partnership Award

We are honoured and proud to announce that Black Diamond Cygnus, our partnership with West Moberly First Nations, has won the Business Partnership of the Year – Aboriginal-Industry Partnership award at the 2017 BC Aboriginal Business Awards. The award will be received at the BC Aboriginal Business Awards Gala Dinner at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver on Thursday, October 26, 2017, where 600 attendees will honour and celebrate business excellence for Indigenous & industry partnerships in British Columbia. 

This is Black Diamond’s fourth BC Achievement Foundation Aboriginal Business Award and the second win for Black Diamond Cygnus. Learn more on our website.

The recent announcement said: "The BC Aboriginal Business Awards program shines a spotlight on the important and expanding role of Indigenous business in the province," said Scott McIntyre, Foundation Chair. “The 2017 Awardees exemplify the best of vision, enterprise, resourcefulness and commitment while reflecting the diversity of Indigenous businesses contributing to the provincial economy."
