Hiring Process

Step 1: Search for Opportunities
Search for current opportunities by clicking on the “Search Careers Opportunities” link. If a position aligns with your interests, background and work experience, don’t wait around, apply directly for that position! If you see a position that isn’t a fit for yourself, but for someone you know, simply forward the position by clicking on the “send to a friend” link.
Step 2: Create Profile
Create a personal profile that is unique to yourself by filling in your personal information, such as your personal email address and password creation. If you already have a profile created, then skip this step and go straight to “Are you a returning applicant?" link, where you will be prompted to login with your email address and password.
Step 3: Pre-screen Phone Questionnaire
Only those applicants that are selected as a potential candidate for the position applied for, will be contacted by us. During our phone screen questionnaire, we ask basic questions that are relevant to the position. The purpose is to determine if basic qualifications are met, the candidate fits our culture, and that further interest is still present on behalf of yourself, the candidate.
Step 4: Interview
If the phone screen proves to be a good fit, we will invite you to come in for a formal interview, which can be done either in person or over the phone or using other technology such as Skype.  Depending on the needs of the role, subsequent interviews may be scheduled.
Step 5: Background Check
Before an employment offer is made, our recruitment department will conduct background checks on the candidate of choice. The background checks consist of criminal background checks, education verification, and managerial references. Other types of background checks may be completed for specific roles such as drug and alcohol testing.
Step 6: Employment Offer
Upon successful completion of background checks an employment offer will be presented, specifying terms and conditions of employment. You will be asked to review the employment letter and to sign the document.
Step 7: Onboarding
When you have signed the letter of employment and start your career here, you will be greeted by our Human Resources team on your first day of work. The onboarding process starts with filling out required new hire paperwork, orientation, company training and various other initiatives.
