Innovation + Cost Effectiveness

BOXX Modular worked closely with Ohio Valley Bank to develop a floor plan that was as small as possible while still providing all the functional spaces needed to effectively operate a banking facility. The interior and exterior finishes were performed on site to maintain appearances typical of a commercial bank. Full glass interior and exterior wall systems were installed to add to the dramatic overall building aesthetics. A site-constructed vestibule structure with accent roofing was designed to add to the architectural appeal of the building and to further increase its look of permanence.

BOXX Modular worked with its trade partner, Titan Modular Systems, to carefully coordinate the integration of factory-built construction with site-built construction. Considerable time was spent on the building structure to provide the generous span needed at the exterior wall for the installation of the glass wall assemblies. A full parapet roof was also installed by Titan Modular Systems to provide the clean roof line that was used as the base line for the entry vestibule roof line and the drive through canopy roof line. Cost efficiencies were realized by BOXX Modular’s use of its design-build approach. The entire project development process afforded reduced total project cost compared to the more traditional three-step Architectural Design, Bid and Build process.
